FAQ

Please use a measuring tape to measure your head. Don't use a piece of string -- it stretches and will give an inaccurate measurement. Measure around your head just above your ears, or where you like to wear your hats. Slip one finger under the tape -- voilà! That's your headsize. Please round up to the nearest centimeter or half inch.

We endeavor to ship your hat within 8 working days of receiving your order. Orders received after 17h00 CET will be counted from the following business day.

We want you to love your Harris Pat hat. If something is wrong, please let us know within 7 days of receipt and will do our best to make it right. We will accept returns or exchanges if the hat has not been worn. Contact us at: hello@harrispat.com

At checkout, you will see a space for Notes. Please specify the initials you'd like embroidered into the lining of your hat.

The cost of a monogram is 10€ per letter.
